Kin and Kiln, an upcoming upscale late-night bistro in Mumbai, is officially looking for ambitious and passionate interns to join our team ahead of our grand launch this August.

​This isn't just an ordinary internship behind a single station. This is a rare, immersive opportunity to learn the complete ecosystem of running a modern bistro by touching every single part of the operation.

​What You Will Do & Learn:
- ​Kitchen & Prep Mastery: Handle everything from daily prep, inventory management, and stock control to rigorous sanitation and opening/closing procedures.
- ​Service & Execution: Master precision plating, live-station execution, and front-of-house guest flow.
- ​End-to-End Operations: Gain real insight into what it takes to manage an independent bistro—from the kitchen floor to business operations.
- ​Content & Brand Creation: Go beyond the kitchen with hands-on exposure to food photography, social media content creation, and brand building.

​Requirements:

You must be located in Mumbai. This is an evening shift and weekends are mandatory.

Currently pursuing or holding a degree in culinary arts, hotel management, or a related field. (THIS IS MANDATORY)
