Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring customer data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and business opportunities.
- Segment customers and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and monitor email, SMS, and other customer communication campaigns.
