Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating a premium in-store experience that reflects Outerworld's luxury identity. From window displays and product storytelling to store layouts and styling, you'll ensure every visual element inspires customers and drives sales.

Key Responsibilities




- Design and execute premium window displays and in-store visual concepts aligned with the brand's identity.
- Create engaging product displays that highlight current collections, seasonal launches, and key campaigns.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, ensuring merchandising standards are consistently upheld.
- Plan product placement to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
- Style mannequins and visual installations to reflect current collections and brand aesthetics.
- Work closely with the retail team to ensure product replenishment and display accuracy.
- Monitor customer movement and optimize layouts to enhance the shopping journey.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaign launches and in-store activations.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are implemented consistently across the store.
- Stay updated with global luxury retail trends and bring fresh merchandising ideas to the brand.
