Job Title: Marathi AI Language Specialist / AI Content Quality Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a native Marathi language expert to support AI and language projects through content review, translation, quality evaluation, transcription, and AI data annotation. The ideal candidate should have excellent Marathi and Hindi language skills with experience in content moderation, proofreading, translation, and AI model training projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate AI-generated Marathi content for accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance.
- Translate content between English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Perform proofreading, editing, and quality checks.
- Moderate text, image, audio, and video content based on project guidelines.
- Conduct transcription and annotation tasks.
- Evaluate AI training datasets and provide feedback to improve model performance.
- Create and review summaries, prompts, and language datasets.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity while working on AI projects.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:
- Native Marathi speaker (Hindi proficiency preferred).
- Bachelor's degree required; BA/MA in Marathi, Journalism, Linguistics, Literature, or related fields preferred.
- Experience in translation, transcription, content moderation, AI data annotation, or language quality review.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills in Marathi.
- Familiarity with AI tools, annotation platforms, or transcription tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
