Poduction Planner / SCM Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced S&OP; & Production Planner to join our Supply Chain & Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), and Supply Chain Management within a high-mix, high-variant manufacturing workplace.

The role involves driving the end-to-end S&OP; process, preparing Master Production Schedules (MPS), managing MRP, capacity planning, inventory optimization, shopfloor control, dispatch planning, and ensuring on-time customer deliveries. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service to balance demand, supply,



and manufacturing capacity while maintaining high service levels and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in S&OP;, PPC, and Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, MRP, capacity planning, inventory management, and shopfloor control.
- Experience in cross-functional planning, demand forecasting, production scheduling, and dispatch planning.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, JIT, and continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
