- Shift 1: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Shift 2: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Stipend

₹3,000 – ₹15,000 per month *(based on skills, interview performance, attendance, and internship performance).*

Job Summary

Charisma Group is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This internship is suitable for students, recent graduates, and freshers who are interested in gaining practical experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and HR administration.
- Support employee engagement and recruitment activities.




- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree or MBA (HR or a related field).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
