Role & responsibilities
- Perform professional grooming services for dogs and cats.
- Bathe, dry, brush, trim nails, clean ears, and provide breed-specific haircuts.
- Handle pets safely and ensure their comfort throughout the grooming session.
- Maintain cleanliness of grooming tools and work area.
- Provide doorstep grooming services at customer locations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow company SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile
- 03 years of pet grooming experience (Freshers with passion for pets can also apply).
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel within Madurai.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
