Role & responsibilities

1. Manage import operations, customs clearance, and coordinate with CHA & freight forwarders.
2. Handle import license renewals and import documentation.
3. Manage Purchase Order (PO) entries and tracking in SAP.
4. Prepare monthly MIS reports on order estimation, inventory, near-expiry stock, and stock liquidation.
5. Coordinate PAN India vehicle insurance renewals and claim settlements.
6. Manage vendor agreements, invoice verification, and payment coordination with Finance.
7. Perform domestic freight cost analysis and cost optimization.
8. Coordinate with factories and PAN India warehouses for seamless operations.
9. Track dispatches, distribution vendors, and monitor credit notes.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 5 to 6 years experience in Import, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.
2. Hands-on experience with SAP.
3. Solid coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
