Job Title: Merchandiser – ATS / BTS

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser (ATS/BTS) to manage product planning, order execution, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, stock availability, and smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product assortment and inventory for ATS/BTS categories.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order placement and follow-up.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and purchase reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend stock planning strategies.
- Ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and vendor records.
- Resolve supply chain and inventory-related issues promptly.





Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Robust analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in mobile accessories, electronics, or retail merchandising.
- Knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong analytical skills may also be considered)

Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
