Job Purpose:

The Sales Person will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting automation solutions. The role requires a solid blend of technical understanding and sales acumen to convert leads into successful business through effective marketing and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively identify, generate, and qualify new business enquiries in industrial automation, assembly lines, and welding solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final order closure, with a strong focus on revenue conversion.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of all enquiries, RFQs, and submitted quotations into confirmed orders.
- Understand customer requirements quickly and position optimized techno-commercial solutions to win orders.




- Work closely with proposal and engineering teams to develop competitive, cost-effective offers aligned with customer needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery conditions to successfully close deals while protecting company margins.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and order booking goals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide forecasting reports to management.
- Build strong client relationships to secure repeat orders, long-term contracts, and reference business.
- Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and exhibitions with a strong focus on business conversion.
