*Job Summary*

*We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Copado Automation QA*

*Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, Copado Robotic Testing*

*(CRT), test automation, CI/CD, and release management. The ideal candidate*

*should have hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing,*

*automation framework development, Copado implementation, and Agile delivery*

*methodologies.*

*Key Responsibilities*

** Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Copado*

*Robotic Testing (CRT).*

** Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end*

*testing for Salesforce applications.*

** Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce Sales*

*Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.*

** Integrate automated test suites with Copado CI/CD pipelines.*

** Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and release managers*





*to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.*

** Analyze business requirements and create detailed test scenarios,*

*test cases, and test data.*

** Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools.*

** Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and validation of*

*fixes.*

** Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups,*

*and retrospectives.*

** Ensure test coverage and maintain quality metrics for releases.*

** Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices.*

*Required Skills*

** 5+ years of QA Automation experience.*

** 4+ years of Salesforce testing experience.*

** Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).*

** Experience with Copado CI/CD, Release Management, and DevOps*

*processes.*

** Robust knowledge of Salesforce platform:*
