Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the elevator industry or B2B industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and industries, and achieving sales targets for elevators and elevator solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Maharashtra.
- Meet with Elevator OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to develop and strengthen business relationships.
- Visit elevator installation companies to promote the company's elevator products, components, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Generate business opportunities by onboarding new OEMs, distributors, and installation partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with elevator contractors, installers, and channel partners.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms to secure new orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the elevator industry.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator sales or industrial/B2B capital equipment sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
