We are hiring for a Sr. Analyst – Governance Lead
Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Mumbai | Trichy | Pune
Experience: 6-9 years
Are you passionate about Data Governance, Data Quality, and Stakeholder Collaboration? We're looking for an experienced Sr. Analyst – Governance Lead to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data governance initiatives through stakeholder engagement and survey management
- Document data domains, subdomains, metadata, and data ownership
- Assist with data quality tracking, gap analysis, and process improvements
- Support SIT, UAT, and validation activities for data processes and governance solutions
- Maintain governance documentation, issue trackers, meeting notes, and process artifacts
- Collaborate with senior analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Governance Analyst
- Robust understanding of Data Governance concepts, Metadata, Data Lineage,
Data Quality, Privacy, and Data Stewardship
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, survey management, and requirements gathering
- Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in Agile and fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Data Modeling, or Data Cataloging tools is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a process improvement mindset
