Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our Compliance team. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act,



maintaining statutory records, handling corporate secretarial activities, and supporting compliance under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).

Key Responsibilities

1. Company Secretarial Compliance
- Maintain and update statutory registers, minutes of Board and Committee Meetings, and other secretarial records.
- Prepare and file statutory forms, annual returns, resolutions, and other regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- Independently manage transactions relating to Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs), equity share issuances, preference share issuances, and the filing of related charges with the MCA.
- Handle dematerialization (Demat) of securities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
