Location: Chandigarh
Position: Accounts Executive
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Industry: Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities :
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Handle bank reconciliation and cash transactions..
Maintain petty cash records.
Assist in GST-related documentation and record keeping.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Requirements:
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Accounts.
Valuable knowledge of Tally
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel .
Knowledge of invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliation.




Positive communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
B.Com/M.Com or relevant commerce qualification preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
