Sales Coordinator (Hyderabad & Chennai)

Gene Technologies is looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our expanding business operations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. If you have excellent coordination skills, knowledge of the life science industry, and a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities for Gene Technologies across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and the internal sales team to ensure timely responses.
- Manage Rate Contract (RC) enquiries and support government, academic, healthcare, and research institutions.
- Track order processing, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales coordination reports.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure prompt communication. Support the sales team in achieving business targets across AP & Telangana.




- Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related disciplines.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or inside sales within the life science industry (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
- Valuable understanding of life science products, laboratory consumables, and instruments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems.
