Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator MEP will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and controlling all MEP-related activities including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, EXTERNAL SEWERAGE,MLCP CAR PARKING ,swimming pool , STP, WTP, FRP makes, Fire Fighting, ELV systems, and associated project services. The role involves effective coordination between management, consultants, contractors, vendors, purchase teams, and site execution teams to ensure timely completion of MEP works with required quality standards, cost control, and compliance with project specifications.

The position requires robust technical coordination skills, documentation management capability, and the ability to monitor site execution while ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

Prepare and monitor MEP project execution plans, schedules, and work projections.





Coordinate with Project Management, Consultants, Contractors, and Internal Departments for smooth execution of MEP activities.

Review MEP drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, and other disciplines for proper integration of services.

Track project progress against planned schedules and report deviations to management.

Prepare project status updates and progress reports.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

Monitor daily MEP installation activities at project sites.

Conduct regular site inspections for:

Electrical works

Plumbing works

Fire Fighting works

HVAC works

ELV systems

Lift coordination activities

Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Identify technical issues and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.
