Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage middle mile operations, ensuring productive delivery of goods from one warehouses to other warehouse
- Oversee line haul operations, including route planning, transportation, and vehicle training.
- Develop business development strategies to increase revenue growth through effective fleet management and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce logistics standards and multi-state operations requirements.
- Monitor performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction scores.
