Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Manager to lead paid media planning, activation oversight, optimisation and client management across Southeast Asian markets for our growth client portfolio brands. Based within the growth team structure, this role will work closely with local market teams, platform partners and cross-functional specialists to drive business growth through full-funnel media strategies.



The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder management and the ability to navigate multi-market complexities.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as a day-to-day client lead for regional stakeholders.
- Present media strategies, campaign results and optimisation plans confidently.
- Manage client expectations and provide proactive recommendations.
- Build solid relationships with both regional and local market stakeholders.
- Support annual planning, budget discussions and forecasting exercises.

Media Strategy & Planning
- Co-develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
- Translate business goals into integrated channel strategies across Search, Social, Video, Programmatic & OOH
- Identify market opportunities, audience strategies and budget allocation recommendations.
- Ensure consistency in media planning while allowing for local market nuances
