Job Title: Admission Counsellor / Student Counsellor / Admin Executive/Back Office Executive

Location: Udhna, Surat, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Admission Counsellor / Student Counsellor / Admin Executive to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in admissions, education counselling, telecalling, customer support, or office administration who enjoy interacting with students and helping them choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through phone calls and follow-ups regarding admissions.
- Guide students about available courses, fee structure, career opportunities, and admission process.
- Handle student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Maintain student records, enquiry database,



and admission documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Perform day-to-day office administration and support activities.
- Build strong relationships with students through regular follow-ups.
- Meet admission and enquiry conversion targets.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
- Admission Counsellor
- Education Counsellor
- Student Counsellor
- Academic Counsellor
- Telecaller
- Tele Sales Executive
- Customer Support Executive
- Front Office Executive
- Receptionist
- Admin Executive
- Office Coordinator
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Solid communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
