We help people in need, and we want someone who can identify the right content, write compelling scripts, and recommend the best advertising strategy to reach more supporters.
ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy
- Research trending content ideas every day.
- Create a weekly and monthly content calendar.
- Identify viral topics relevant to our mission.
- Analyze competitors and suggest better content ideas.
- Recommend the best content formats (Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, Shorts, etc.).
Script & Copywriting
- Write engaging reel scripts.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks for the first 3–5 seconds.
- Suggest on-screen text for every reel.
- Write captions and descriptions.
- Recommend effective call-to-actions (CTAs).
- Suggest titles, thumbnails, and hashtags.
Video Planning
- Decide what type of reel should be created.
- Suggest background music and editing style.
- Recommend transitions, B-roll, and visual storytelling.
- Guide the editor on how the final reel should look.
Fundraising & Donation Strategy
- Suggest content that inspires people to donate.
- Create emotional yet truthful storytelling.
- Recommend what text should appear on donation videos.
- Plan awareness campaigns.
- Suggest donation campaign ideas for festivals, emergencies, and special occasions.
- Help build trust through transparent storytelling.
- Suggest how to showcase our work and impact effectively.
Meta Ads & Marketing
- Decide which reels should be promoted through Meta Ads.
- Recommend ad objectives (Awareness, Engagement, Traffic, Leads, Donations, etc.).
- Identify the target audience.
- Suggest daily and monthly ad budgets.
- Monitor ad performance.
- Improve campaigns based on analytics.
