We are seeking a proactive and organized Valuation and Business Development Coordinator to support our growing team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong relationship management skills and a commitment to operational excellence. The individual will be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks from maintaining critical databases and MIS reports to liaising with clients for business growth and operational efficiency.

Location: Bangalore

Tenure: 12 months (extendable basis performance)

Stipend: 15-18 K per month

Eligibility criteria: freshers who have completed under graduation in relevant fields

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation Database Management:

Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date valuation database on our in – house software, covering assignments across India.

Ensure data accuracy and ease of access for reporting and analysis.

Client Relationship & Business Promotion:

Schedule and coordinate client meetings to promote business and strengthen relationships.





Support the development of strategic business opportunities with current and prospective clients.

MIS & Business Development Tracking:

Maintain Business Development (BD) and other Management Information Systems (MIS) crucial for the seamless operation of the business.

Track performance metrics and provide insights to assist in decision-making and strategy formulation.

Invoice & Payment Liaison:

Act as the main point of contact for clients to ensure timely clearance of invoice payments.

Address and resolve any payment-related queries or issues efficiently.

Work Order Management:

Manage and monitor work orders to ensure their timely and accurate execution.

Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines and client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or consulting industry.
