Role Description
The Customer Relationship Management Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves managing end-to-end client interactions,



including responding to inquiries, explaining PR and Work Permit processes, and guiding clients through documentation and application steps. The role includes maintaining accurate client records, following up on leads, and supporting customer retention initiatives by ensuring timely updates and high-quality service. The executive will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve customer experience, address issues, and align client expectations with service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities also include analyzing client feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, and contributing to the achievement of business targets.
