We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1 - 3 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, and short-form video (Reels) creation to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Role & responsibilities

Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Generate quality leads through paid and organic marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website traffic initiatives.
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite

Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content calendars and publish regular posts.
- Develop creative captions, graphics, and promotional content.




- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.

Content & Reels Creation
- Create engaging Instagram and Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Coordinate with the design team or use tools like Canva and CapCut to create marketing creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Assist in creating blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Lead Generation
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages and lead forms to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up.
- Analyze lead quality and recommend improvements to campaigns.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
