Role Overview

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Email & Campaign Ops Specialist to own the end-to-end execution of KodeKloud’s email and lifecycle campaigns.

This role suits a hands-on operator who lives in the details - someone who can take a campaign from brief to build, QA, scheduling, send, and post-send analysis without a step slipping, while keeping deliverability and engagement consistently healthy.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of email campaigns - brief, build, QA, scheduling, send, and post-send analysis across lifecycle, nurture, promotional, product,



and newsletter sends.
- Build and manage campaigns in platforms such as HubSpot, CleverTap, SendGrid, or similar ESP and marketing-automation tools, including audience segmentation, list management, templates, and automation workflows.
- Ideate email campaigns and contribute to messaging, offers, and the send calendar in partnership with content, product, lifecycle, and marketing teams.
- Own the email calendar and ensure timely, error-free execution across time zones by coordinating assets, copy, and approvals ahead of every send.
- Protect and grow engagement by monitoring open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes, and spam complaints, and continuously optimizing toward healthy benchmarks.
- Design and run A/B tests across subject lines, send times, content, CTAs, and segments, and turn results into repeatable best practices.
