Role : Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer with 4+ years of expertise in designing digital products. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning the complete product design lifecyclefrom user research and problem definition to prototyping, validation, and implementation. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric product experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing products, workflows, and user journeys to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct customer interviews, user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Translate research findings into problem statements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Recommend product enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, product analytics, and business objectives.
- Design intuitive, scalable, and responsive experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers,



Business Teams, and Customers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Present and justify design decisions using research insights and data.
- Partner with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Evaluate released features and recommend continuous improvements based on user feedback and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products (not limited to marketing websites or branding projects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing product case studies, research, design process, and measurable outcomes.
- Robust understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and Usability principles.
