We are seeking an experienced Atlassian (Jira) Administrator who can design, configure, manage, and optimize Atlassian tools across the organization. The ideal candidate should be robust in Jira administration, workflow design, automation, reporting, and integrations with other systems.

Jira Administration
- Configure and manage Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Work Management.
- Create and maintain: Custom workflows, Issue types, schemes, screens, and fields, Permission schemes and notification schemes
- Set up and maintain Jira projects for development, support, and business teams.

Automation & Optimization
- Build Jira Automation rules, workflow validators, and postfunctions to streamline processes. Optimize Jira performance and ensure system stability. Implement SLA tracking, queues, and request types in Jira Service Management.

Integrations
- Integrate Jira with:
- Confluence, Bitbucket / GitHub / GitLab, Slack / Teams, CI/CD tools (Jenkins,



Azure DevOps), External systems via REST APIs

Confluence Administration
- Manage spaces, permissions, templates, and knowledge base structure.
- Ensure Confluence is organized, searchable, and aligned with knowledgesharing goals.

Reporting & Dashboards
- Create dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership, engineering, QA, and support teams. Generate analytics for sprint planning, resource utilization, and SLA performance.
- Atlassian Certifications (ACP120, ACP420, ACP600, etc.).
- Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) and SLA configuration.
- Familiarity with:
- Insight / Assets, Tempo Timesheets, Zephyr / Xray Test Management
- Experience in migration from server to cloud. Basic scripting skills (Groovy, Python) for advanced automation.
