We are looking for a highly experienced Founding Head – Real Estate who can build, lead, and scale the company from the ground up. This is not a traditional job—we are looking for someone who can think and execute like a CEO.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Build and scale the real estate business from the ground up.

•⁠ ⁠Develop short-term and long-term business strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Build and lead high-performing sales, operations, and support teams.

•⁠ ⁠Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

•⁠ ⁠Drive residential, commercial, rental, leasing, and property sales.

•⁠ ⁠Build relationships with builders, developers, property owners, investors, and channel partners.

•⁠ ⁠Create inventory acquisition strategies.





•⁠ ⁠Work closely with marketing to generate quality leads.

•⁠ ⁠Implement CRM, reporting systems, and performance dashboards.

•⁠ ⁠Manage P&L;, revenue growth, budgets, and profitability.

•⁠ ⁠Define KPIs and ensure business targets are achieved.

•⁠ ⁠Recruit, train, and mentor team members.

•⁠ ⁠Represent DreamRoot in strategic partnerships and business meetings.

•⁠ ⁠Identify new business opportunities and expansion plans.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure legal, compliance, and documentation processes are followed.

•⁠ ⁠Build a strong company culture focused on customer satisfaction and execution excellence.

Required Experience

•⁠ ⁠8–15 years of experience in the real estate industry.

•⁠ ⁠Proven leadership experience.

•⁠ ⁠Experience managing complete business operations.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in rentals, leasing, and property sales.

•⁠ ⁠Experience building and managing large teams.
