Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager / HR Executive. This hybrid role combines client relationship management with recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while supporting end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Success
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare client reports and maintain accurate records.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and improve retention.

Human Resources & Recruitment




- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Client Success, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
