Job Summary

The Creative Director leads the development and execution of creative marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. This role manages designers, copywriters, content creators, and other creative professionals to deliver creative campaigns that align with the company's brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall creative vision for marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor creative teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, and content creators.




- Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
- Review and approve creative concepts, designs, videos, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Oversee creative production from concept through execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize creative strategies based on data and customer insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor campaigns.
- Manage creative budgets, timelines, and external agencies or freelancers when necessary.
- Present creative ideas and campaign strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 710+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or creative roles.
