✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• 12+ years of experience in VLSI/Semiconductor domain

• 5+ years of Program Management experience

• Solid understanding of SoC development and Physical Design lifecycle

? Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive Technical Program Management for Physical Design Engineering delivery to key Qualcomm SoCs

• Coordinate, plan, track, and manage Physical Design IP development, validation, and delivery

• Work alongside industry-leading teams behind flagship Snapdragon platforms

• Negotiate schedules, scope, priorities, and resource allocation to meet aggressive project timelines

• Lead cross-functional discussions to establish project milestones, plans of record,



policies, and processes

• Manage and strengthen IP-to-SoC integration relationships

• Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively drive issue resolution

• Troubleshoot program challenges and align stakeholders toward successful outcomes

• Provide regular executive-level updates on milestones, budgets, risks, metrics, and mitigation plans

• Develop and implement processes that improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency

• Manage programs across design, development, validation, testing, manufacturing, deployment, and sustaining phases

• Serve as the key advocate for the program across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
