Role Description
The Execution Lead for Residential Projects is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project execution from initial planning through final handover, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and on schedule. Typical responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors,



and vendors; managing site activities; monitoring quality and safety standards; and resolving on-site issues quickly. The Execution Lead will track project timelines, materials, and budgets, conduct regular site inspections, and provide clear status updates to internal teams and clients. This role plays a key part in delivering stress-free, high-quality residential interiors that align with Amisou’s design and build standards.

Qualifications
- Strong project execution and site management skills, including experience overseeing residential interior projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of work and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications to guide on-site implementation.
