Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager – Working Capital role based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of working capital customers, focusing on SMEs and corporate clients, by developing solid, long-term banking relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client working capital needs,



structuring appropriate loan and credit solutions, preparing proposals, and coordinating with credit and operations teams for timely approvals and disbursements. The role involves regular client meetings, cross-selling banking products, monitoring account performance, managing risk and compliance requirements, and ensuring high levels of service quality. The Relationship Manager will also track market trends, maintain accurate documentation, and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve business targets.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term business partnerships.
