Key Responsibilities:
- Source and select products based on customer demand and market trends.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and stock availability across all stores.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Maintain supplier relationships and resolve quality or delivery issues.
- Optimize product pricing and margins to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve product range.
- Track sales, inventory, and buying performance through regular reports.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA.
- 8–10 years of experience in retail buying and merchandising.
- Strong negotiation, inventory management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and vendor relationships effectively.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
