Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our Maduravoyal branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and confidently.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in Excel or CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.




- Handle customer queries politely and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer support is an added advantage.

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Mandatory).
- Employees who effectively utilize Hindi or Malayalam for customer communication and business development may be eligible for additional language incentives, as per company policy.
