About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead project governance, product planning, and delivery for aerospace and avionics development programs. You will plan, monitor, and execute multiple engineering projects spanning avionics hardware, embedded software, systems engineering, verification & validation,



certification, and manufacturing acting as the primary coordination point between customers and engineering teams. The ideal candidate brings strong aerospace/defense program management expertise, familiarity with regulatory and certification requirements, and the ability to translate customer requirements into successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

PMO Governance & Program Management
- Establish and run PMO processes, governance frameworks, and project management standards across avionics programs
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and program dashboards
- Monitor scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality; drive mitigation and contingency plans
- Lead project, management, risk, and customer progress reviews; deliver metrics, KPIs, and executive reports
- Ensure compliance with aerospace development processes and applicable regulatory st
