We are looking for a energetic Business Development Executive who can connect with prospective franchise buyers, understand their investment goals, and help them choose the right franchise opportunity.Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound leads interested in purchasing franchise businesses.

Consult with entrepreneurs and investors to understand their budget, interests, and business objectives.

Present suitable franchise opportunities and explain business models, investment requirements, and expected returns.

Conduct phone consultations, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings with prospective buyers.

Build trust with clients and guide them throughout the franchise buying process.





Follow up regularly with prospects and address their queries until closure.

Coordinate meetings between prospective franchisees and franchise brands.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Ensure a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry to franchise acquisition.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, franchise sales, education counseling, real estate, insurance, banking, or similar consultative sales roles.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.

Comfortable handling high-volume lead follow-ups and closing sales.

Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
