Job Summary

The Senior Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, improving business processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams. This role focuses on achieving organizational goals through effective planning, coordination, process optimization, and performance monitoring while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.

Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Logistics.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor performance where applicable.





Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.

Lead, mentor, and train junior operations staff.

Conduct operational audits and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and operational excellence.

Manage projects and ensure timely completion of operational initiatives.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and delivery standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.

5–8 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
