Role Description
The Area Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad,



responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple cafés within the designated area. This role involves managing day-to-day store activities, including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to operational standards. The Area Manager will monitor sales performance, implement local marketing initiatives, and drive revenue growth while ensuring that each café delivers an excellent guest experience consistent with Blue Tokai’s brand and service values. The role includes coaching and developing store managers and teams, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety norms, and hygiene standards. The Area Manager will collaborate closely with central operations, finance, and HR teams to support expansion plans, optimize processes, and address operational challenges.
