Role Description
This is a part time, remote Account Manager role responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with Inez Hub’s services. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, respond to inquiries, and proactively address issues or concerns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project timelines, tracking deliverables, preparing status updates, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.



The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand services, supporting contract renewals, and maintaining accurate records of communication and account activity. The successful candidate will manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues in a remote setting.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including experience serving as a primary point of contact and managing multiple accounts.
