Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for outbound prospecting through cold calling, introducing RARR’s products and services, and scheduling product demos with decision-makers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients from provided databases/leads
- Introduce and explain RARR’s products and services (atsMantra, ERP solutions, etc.)
- Identify client requirements and generate interest in the offerings
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos with respective managers/sales team




- Maintain and update lead status in CRM/trackers
- Follow up with prospects to ensure maximum conversion to demo stage
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of qualified leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and demo booking targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined

Education
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
