Role Description
The Recruitment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bengal, India. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations focused on international student placements, including sourcing prospective students through partner agents,



screening applications, and guiding candidates through admissions processes. The Recruitment Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with agents and institutional partners, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure timely submission of applications and documentation. Daily responsibilities include overseeing recruitment targets, analyzing market trends, preparing reports on recruitment performance, and coordinating promotional activities or information sessions.
