We are seeking a skilled Liaisoning Officer with hands-on experience in statutory approvals and technical documentation for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PMC/PMRDA approval processes, AutoCAD, and preparation of technical drawings and submission documents required for obtaining regulatory approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with PMC, PMRDA, Town Planning, Fire, Revenue, and other statutory authorities for project approvals.
- Prepare and submit technical documents, drawings, and applications for statutory approvals.
- Review and modify AutoCAD drawings as per authority requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, structural consultants, and project teams.
- Track approval status and ensure timely follow-ups with government departments.




- Maintain records of approvals, NOCs, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DCPR, MRTP Act, RERA, and other applicable regulations.

Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of liaisoning experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and approval documentation.
- Robust knowledge of PMC, PMRDA, DCPR, and statutory approval procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
