Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDM or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or a related discipline.
- 510 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry.
- Proven experience in Clinical, Consultant, and Non-Clinical recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of payroll processing, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
- Sound understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
