Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote our products/services over the phone, generate sales, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and promotions to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or database.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales performance reports.
- Stay updated on products,



pricing, and company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Solid verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail, electronics, or mobile industry sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
