Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Closing & Client Engagement

• Conduct discovery meetings and requirement discussions with prospective clients.

• Understand client challenges and present tailored IT service solutions.

• Manage negotiations and drive deals toward closure.

• Collaborate with internal teams to structure proposals and solutions.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.

• Engage prospects via LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach campaigns.

• Work with lead generation teams to qualify and convert leads.

• Structure and optimize conversion funnels for inbound and outbound leads.
- Marketplace & Brand Positioning

• Identify and pursue opportunities on platforms like Upwork and similar marketplaces.

• Contribute to messaging, outreach strategies, and brand visibility initiatives.

• Share market insights to refine sales strategies.
- Relationship & CRM Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.





• Track and manage pipeline stages accurately in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills:

• Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels and conversion strategies.

• Advanced proficiency with Sales Engagement tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Reply.io).

• Expertise in prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.

• Prior experience in IT services, software development, or SaaS sales is preferred.

• Willingness to travel periodically to the Surat office for internal alignment.
