Sales Representative – Rooftop Solar (Full-Time | On-Site – Bengaluru)

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and strategic Sales Representative to join our team in Bengaluru. This full time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in rooftop solar sales who are passionate about driving business growth in the renewable energy sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the company's growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the rooftop solar market.
- Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Perform and guide technical site assessments to recommend optimal solar solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, government policies, and industry developments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data using CRM software.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in rooftop solar sales (Mandatory).
- Strong technical knowledge of Solar PV systems (Mandatory).
- Ability to independently conduct and guide technical site assessments.
- In-depth understanding of:

- Solar modules
- Mounting str
