Job description

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
- Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns and reconciliations.
- Assist in TDS computation,



return filing, and related compliances.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits by providing required schedules and documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Coordinate with client, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Assist in payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling end-to-end accounting independently.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and MIS pre
