Job Description: Sales Representative (FMCG)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Nagpur. You will be the face of our company on the ground, responsible for expanding our retail footprint, building robust relationships with shopkeepers, and driving consistent sales growth in the consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Retail Coverage: Conduct daily market visits to retail outlets, grocery stores, and general merchants across assigned territories in Nagpur.
- Product Demonstration: Effectively showcase our product range to potential retail partners and highlight our unique selling points.
- Sales Generation: Secure orders and meet daily/weekly sales targets to ensure brand presence in every shop.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain professional rapport with existing retailers and identify new outlets to expand distribution.
- Reporting: Provide accurate daily sales reports and market feedback to the Distributor and management.
- Stock Monitoring: Ensure products are well-displayed and manage inventory levels at the retail level.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods sales.
- Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Nagpur’s local geography and retail hubs.
- Communication: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills (fluency in Marathi and Hindi is a plus).
- Tools: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Attributes: High level of discipline, punctuality, and a "go-getter" attitude.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
