The Senior Account Manager, APAC will be the first dedicated client services presence in the region, owning day-to-day account management and project coordination for APAC clients. This is a builder's role: you will establish the processes, reporting rhythms, and delivery standards for a growing regional portfolio rather than inherit them.

The ideal candidate is a sharp, service-oriented account manager with solid project management instincts — someone who keeps clients delighted, keeps teams coordinated, and keeps scope disciplined. You will work closely with US-based Client Services leadership and regional business development, and be positioned to grow with the portfolio as new accounts come online.

Responsibilities:

Account Management & Client Partnership
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for APAC client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through fast, proactive, positive communication.
- Learn each client's business objectives, challenges, and success metrics; steer work toward outcomes, not just deliverables.
- Practice scope management:



manage client expectations, flag out-of-scope requests early, and protect engagement margins while preserving the relationship.
- Act as the client's advocate internally and 1021's trusted advisor externally.

Project Management & Delivery Oversight
- Run consistent project processes across accounts: status reports, meeting notes, timelines, task ownership, and milestone tracking so any stakeholder can see where things stand.
- Coordinate specialist team members so they can focus on their expertise while you manage the account.
- Ensure deliverables meet 1021 brand and quality standards, maintaining consistency of look and feel with global templates.
- Manage risk, ambiguity, and change proactively, raised as decisions to make, not discovered as problems.

New Business Support & Onboarding
- Join business development conversations as opportunities near close, so the transition from sale to delivery is seamless.
